“ This place is an absolute pleasure ! It has such a lovely family vibe that comes across with such delight that it’s an amazing experience. The family and service is thoughtful, witty, humorous and a wonderful evening out. The food was sublime. Had the special. Fresh sword fish with a cherry and tomato sauce It was super food followed by the best part. The desert trolly comes out and we shared a really lite cheesecake which was fluffy light and packed a punch. Never disappointment here so I had to tell others how amazing this place is for food and atmosphere! ”

“ Just a nice place to go. Nice people nice food. Dishes not salty (unlike Zizzi) and nicely balanced. Sweet trolley comes around at the end with a good selection of yumminess. Best to get there before 1900 as the place was full when we left around 2000. Good buzz, good vibe, good range of people. Music fine and not obtrusive. Pizza oven great to watch. ”

“ Really enjoyed Il Colosseo. It was my first visit. The atmosphere is very intimate. The tableware was dangerously white, but all of good quality, showing the owner's attention to detail. The artwork is a really nice touch, with old Italian stonework murals adorning the walls. The staff were all very pleasant and eager to ensure that we enjoyed our visit. Sadly, there were no pictures this time as we devoured the food! But we will most certainly be returning - we intend to sample the menu in its entirety, as what we ordered was so delicious!
